By leading a client side team of project engineers involved in executing large international landmark construction project named Porto Montenegro consisting of a range of high-end residential, retail, marine and hospitality units from bidding and contracting phase, works contract management (FIDIC based), through project execution to completion and clients’ takeover. Duties include detailed control of construction project delivery of high-end quality interior works and MEP services, contracts and commercial management, project and site coordination and management, resources management, procurement, cost planning and control, materials management, client and local authority liaison, building code compliance, OH&S control. Detailed control of main design delivery and control of design compliance. Preparation of tender documentation, tender evaluation and execution. Documentation control (RFIs, RFPs, BPRs, EIs, CVIs etc.) Building of network and coordination of reliable service and supply providers. Human resources management and planning. Design problem identification and taking initiative and responsibility in problem solving. Proven capability in strategic work, effective team builder, excellent communication and presentation skills.

Reporting to General Manager, leading a team of engineers in executing construction and infrastructure projects, from bidding an contracting phase to project completion and clients' takeover. Duties include entire project management duties such as works contract management (according to FIDIC contracting conditions), negotiation with sub-contractors, site and resources management, procurement, financial management, client and local authority liaison, building code compliance, investment justification reporting, materials management, HR management.

Acting as a part of a team of project engineers, executing construction and infrastructure projects. Duties involved project supervision, quality control of all the construction works, site and resources management, OH&S control, coordination and selection of reliable service and supply providers, HR resources management and planning.
