Through this project 25 direct beneficiaries was having a telephone assistance service of 24 hours, 7 days a week for 6 months, which provided additional security and facilitate daily life. Teleasistence service is a 24 hour service to monitor the status of users, respond in case of any urgent need (health reasons, fire, disaster ...), conversation in the case of loneliness and consolation, reminders of users on regular therapies, user warnings and similar services belonging to a group of non-institutional, non-medical and psychosocial care for a person with disabilities. One touch of the button that the user carries around the on their neck or arm establishes a voice contact with professional teleoperators in ASISTEL company.

"Training for caregivers of the elderly" - author and project managers. Donor Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia. The value of the project is 893.939,00 dinars.

Project manager in project "A list of aged single-family households". Author and project manager. Donor was Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Policy of the Republic of Serbia. The value of the project was 1.498.580,00 dinars. The result of the project is the database of elderly people aged above 65. That database is helping the Center for Social Work in their work with this sensitive social group and in the design and implementation of new social policies.
