Delivery Director
Current- Leading delivery unit of 100+ engineers (different BE&FE technologies, mobile, Cloud, Quality Assurance, Project Management, etc.) - Managing portfolio of 9 customers from different industries with high focus on customer’s intimacy and bringing additional value- Member of both global and local leadership teams and participating in creating and operationalizing company strategy throughout delivery offices- Conceptualized and rolled out different internal learning programs contributing to improved and more structured employee career development & increased overall satisfaction and engagement of employees- Active role in presales process while tailoring the service and the offer to fit the customer’s needs - Successfully supporting company’s growth ambitions by growing employees base organically with ±20% YoY and customer base with 10+ new accounts, from January 2020-Successfully and organically growing customer accounts (e.g. from 4 engineers to 65-80 engineers combined working on delivering the value)
