Coordinating plant continuous improvement process.Supporting Value Stream in systematic implementation of Lean principles, methods and tools,toward lean and waste-free production with a fast and continuous material flow.

The Bosch Production System (BPS) is a sub-system of the Bosch Business System. Its purpose is to design and continually improve the core process order fulfillment and all supporting processes, from incoming orders to delivery of the right product. The order fulfillment process plays an important role in ensuring competitiveness and has to be optimized regarding quality, costs and delivery in a target-oriented manner. All value-adding and non-value-adding activities that are required to produce a product or service and to deliver to the customer are referred to as value stream. With the help of BPS we aim to design lean, waste-free value streams.- Lead Continuous Improvement Process in Bosch plant for production of wiper blades and wiper systems.- Execute four continuous improvement cycles per year on plant level, based in Toyota A3 and PDCA (Plan, Do, Check, Act) systematic. Ten improvement projects, on average, per one continuous improvement cycle.- Support Value Streams in systematic implementation of Lean principles and tools, with aim to design lean, waste-free value streams.- Design plant procedures and standards to ensure standardized work in all processes.- Develop and implement 5S method in all plant areas as foundation for all standards.- Organize and moderate continuous improvement KAIZEN workshops.- Design and maintain ESS (Employee Suggestions System). Continuously improve quality and number of submitted and implemented employee suggestions.- Increase employee competency through intensive Lean training.- Plan, organize and execute Lean training for direct (blue-collar) and indirect (white-collar) employees. Through my Lean training practicing in Bosch plant in Pećinci, I managed to cover and build Lean competency for approx. > 1000 employee.- Bosch internal certified trainer for following training: Lean (Bosch Production System) Basic Training, Working according to Standards for Operators, Working according to Standards for Team Leaders.

- Organize the site Maintenance function in providing both a reactive and pro-active, multi-skilled maintenance service on all operational equipment and facilities infrastructure.- Responsible for planned scheduling creation and overseeing the adherence and timely completion of work carried out.- Increase the site operational effectiveness, improve on project delivery, mean time between failure and downtime reduction, and manage and implement improvement plans, driving Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) ensuring that Health, Safety and Environmental requirements are adhered to.- Manage the team on technical best practice and establish standard policies and procedures whilst also mentoring and leading the maintenance team to apply best solutions.- Implement and manage continuous improvement and modern manufacturing principals by highlighting deficiencies and recommending changes in training, working practices and processes.- Contribute to the creation and implementation of best practice maintenance vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures to aid and improve operational performance.- Develop a Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedule, ensure full preventive maintenance is carried out, plan in missed maintenance activities, and lead the team to deliver effectively.- Optimize equipment according to standard procedure, enhancing performance and product quality, ensuring the achievement of all Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).- Ensure routine calibration and maintenance requirements of a variety of electro-mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems are undertaken.- Develop clear accountability for maintenance material spend combined with a strategy to manage expenditure.- Produce written reports and make presentations.- Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems.- Manage, coach and develop a high performing Maintenance team that meets agreed objectives and which delivers best practice results, added value and continuous improvements.
