(movement via internal job posting to a higher band) required developed interpersonal and communication skills, having dealt with a diversity of both internal and external stakeholders, able to set effective priorities and implement decisions to meet operational deadlines.below were the job responsibilities: • Resolving the issues faced by the order management and downstream.• supporting the front line in all areas of Process Support for all the applications of SAP,CRM,Salesforce and SPM• Take responsibility of the system instability and fixing it out by collaborating with the external stakeholders • Escalate and inform the audiences with proper alerts in case of system outages (Siebel, Salesforce, SAP, SPM)• Work as a team to ensure that internal and external customer’s requirements are met – attend team meetings; keep others informed of all matters affecting their customers • Take responsibility for CRM data quality in accordance with agreed standards and processes. • Monitor the group email account to ensure that requesters are actioned and completed according to agreed turnaround times. • Meet agreed volume, service and quality targets • Ability to work independently on multiple activities, showing appropriate level of prioritization and escalation skills.
