Phillip Reese is Senior Vice President and National Sales Specialist in the Professional Lines Team. Phil originally joined USLI in March of 2000, and has served in multiple different capacities within the organization in addition to Underwriting and Leadership including Business Analysis and Quality Assurance Systems Coordination between Underwriting and IT and Product Leadership of the Technology Errors & Omissions product.In 2009, Phil left the organization to start up the wholesaler Gateway Specialty Insurance, a specialist in the industry solely-focused on the placement of nonprofit packages. Phil returned to USLI in December of 2011 to head up the Northeast Region within the Professional Lines team. In November of 2018, he became the National Sales Specialist, working with key Customers to grow their Professional Lines book with USLI and overall.His experiences starting up a brokerage from the ground up, selling both Directors & Officers and Errors & Omissions coverages, and understanding the benefits of technology supporting initiatives uniquely positions him to help his team and his customers to differentiate themselves and successfully sell themselves and their products. 1996 graduate of S.U.N.Y. Geneseo in Upstate New York earning a Bachelor of Arts degree in Theatre. He has also earned his designation as Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU).
