 Used Big Data technologies to stitch together and analyze customer’s interactions across various channels such as web, contact center, mobile app and social. Created a more holistic lens which looks at entire journey of a customer across channels to identify in-efficiencies, digital fallouts and projected customer’s propensity to adopt digital channels.  Created QC modules which can plug-in to any data source and spot data quality issues. Delivered critical insights in the form of penetration and cost models to prioritize the roll out of Gigabit internet services across Multi-dwelling units in the United States. Provided a more holistic lens to look wireline business expansion yielding new insights such as competitive threat, market adoption etc.  Encouraged the practice of using concept maps across the organization in-order to organize and represent knowledge in a meaningful way.
