I recruited talent for Sales & Marketing at Aol.

Successfully completed one year assignment with Google. I sourced and recruited candidates for Google Network Operations. Positions include System Administrators, Network Engineers, Strategic Negotiators. I sourced talent from various job boards including Google's own applicant tracking system - GHire. I conducted technical phone interviews, tracked and pipelined candidates, and provided a consultative approach to recruiting. I was also involved in negotiating compensation packages and contract terms. I participated in a weekly hiring committee.
