- Responsible for Order Fulfillment for B2B & B2C - Taking care end-to-end logistic operation Including Transportation & Cost control, Last mile Deliveries, Warehouse Operation & Inventory management, Commercial, Vendor management & Payment & reverse Logistics- Import & Export & custom clearance.

Transportation: • Managing operations of Primary & secondary transportation & Logistics route planning. • Estimating weekly & monthly delivery performance of each transporter/couriers • Managing transportation & reduce cost, logistics route planning & compare TAT• Resolving customer issue on short delivery & material damage issues • Taking care road permit for B2B & B2C business PAN India Planning: • Planning packing material procurement & replenishment and spare parts distribution for service centers PAN India • Providing spare part dispatch plan for billing & dispatch to warehouse team • Auditing CFAs as per management decision and tracking inter CFA movement & following-up with regional business unit managers to close open calls • Arrange spare parts for ASPs & MSPs & coordinate with supply planner. Warehouse:• Looking after the mother warehouse of the organization• Measure mother warehouse performance of outward & inward on daily basis.• Arrange vehicle for dispatches & organize road permit wherever required.

• Ensuring timely execution of order for Modern Trade Customers with 85% fill rate • Managing movements of materials from RDC & NDC to LDC • Reviewing open sales order on a daily basis for timely order execution • Working with factory & co-makers for urgent material supply • Coordinating with Warehouse Team for timely dispatches and supply & demand planner for urgent material supply to expedite the orders• Following up with sales team for purchase order related issues • Analyzing low fill rate, LTR & DR and taking corrective actions for future • Monitoring entire process of modern retail channel from order entry to till delivery • Coordinating with MDM (master data management) team to resolve various Kind of SAP issues
