I am currently a visiting faculty member at the KIMSR speacializing in Human Resources.For the last 15 years, I have simultaneously been conducting coaching classes, teaching and guiding students to clear competitive examinations at the school level. Prior to that, for 17 years I was employed with the Thane Gramin Bank (an RRB sponsored by Bank of Maharashtra) as a Branch Manager where my responsibilities included deposit mobilization, advance disbursement and maintaining public relations as well as daily branch administration that included achieving branch targets set by senior management.
