Lead the team to clear the task and maintain the KPI.Assign the teams for Corrective tasks, PPMs and arrange the materials priory to do Task.Trouble shooting Knowledge in DB, SMBD & MDB’s specially in pumps lighting control panels, ATS, DOL and star delta.Good knowledge in different types of Lighting Systems, BMS, Fire Alarm, advanced lighting system (DALI).Ensure the continuous operation of the installed electrical systems.

Inspecting buildings, equipment, and systems to identify any issues.Developing and implementing preventative maintenance procedures.Carry out the works and take responsibility for the works without direct supervision.Undertake repair and minor works associated with the installed services

Carry out the maintenance, repair and installation works for HVAC systems in CCD, Chilled Water system, DX system and assets under company contracts and projects as instructed by team & group leaders and as per site requirements and plans, to assure reinstating equipment to fully working condition.Undertake maintenance procedures, regular checks and routine inspections on electrical equipment in conjunction with the maintenance team.
