In this role, I oversee the development and delivery of innovative and scalable products that enhance the efficiency and profitability of our clients. I also manage and mentor a team of talented engineers across India and the US, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and continuous improvement. Previously, I was the Senior Vice President of Engineering and the Managing Director at Entrata India, where I established and grew the engineering center, and led the successful integration of Xento Systems, a company I co-founded and led for 13 years. I have extensive expertise in agile methodologies, PHP, web development, software architecture, and team building, and I hold multiple certifications in these areas. I am passionate about creating software solutions that solve real-world problems and deliver value to our customers and stakeholders. I am always eager to learn new skills, technologies, and best practices, and to share my knowledge and experience with others.
