Preetam manages key and strategic accounts for India. His focus is to help key clients scale their automation program. Preetam has consistently surpassed his targets for both the years. In the year FY 2021-22, he was the highest achieving sales person in the whole of IMEA region and was conferred "Portrait of Success" Award and was a part of the prestigious "President's club". With his strong GIC and India business experience and deep knowledge of Intelligent Automation technology, he works back with his clients to identify areas for digital transformation and automation and enables them to implement and realize outstanding benefits. He brings his consulting and start up experience in advising his clients and helping them realize their automation objectives. With an extremely client oriented approach and deep knowledge in the space of intelligent automation, Preetam is able to add a lot of value to his clients, turn around many account and make them extremely successful.

Preetam set up Probotiq Solutions, an RPA and Intelligent Automation service provider. Designated as COO, he was responsible for entire organization including sales, admin, delivery, recruitment, HR etc. He started this organization with limited resources and built a team of 45+ highly inspired and motivated individuals. Silicone India Magazine rated Probotiq as top 20 RPA companies to watch out for during his tenure. In his short duration, he presented RPA and IA to more than 100 clients across India and ME. He represented Probotiq Solutions at many international and national forums.Many magazines and media organizations covered his/Probotiq achievements during his tenure.

Preetam is a part of Global Business Services team, which provides consulting to the GIC centers based out of India. He is mainly aligned to Robotics Process Automation (RPA) projects.He has been part of engagements including Market Study, Financial Transformation and Project Management.He is currently a part of Robotics Process Automation (RPA) team. He is the sales campaign manager for RPA and has interacted with more than 200 clients which are the captive centers based out of India. He has also delivered a full scale RPA implementation project for a leading multinational professional services firm where he has done the feasibility assessment, business case preparation, solutioning and project management. He has a working relationship with RPA vendors - Blue prism, Automation Anywhere and UI Path. He has also assisted an global insurance company in setting up their Robotics COE, based out of Trivandrum. Here he supported the client in preparing the proposal, vendor assessment, organization design, roles and responsibilities nomination, preparing the frameworks for feasibility, prioritization, business case preparation, training module. He has also trained the managers from the Transformation team who are undertaking RPA projects currently. Apart from RPA, he has worked on projects including Market Study and Cost and Operations benchmarking study. He has independently led business development for various project being undertaken at EY.

He interned at Saint Gobain, based on the campus placements. He initially did a market survey for understanding the buying patterns and attitude study of customers towards reflective glass. He surveyed 7 different markets across India. The markets include Pune, Nashik, Ahmedabad, Hyderabad, Coimbatore, Kerala and Mysore. Based on his understanding from these surveys, he developed the up-gradation strategy for customers to upgrade from plain glass to reflective glass. This gave him a very good wholesome experience in a B2B marketing scenario.In Kerala, he had to also do a research as to why this market had the highest sales for reflective glasses in India. Based on this research, he proposed his findings and recommendations that can be applied across other markets in India.

Preetam joined ZS Associates after completing a Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering from RVCE, Bangalore. He started off as Business Operations Associate in Incentive Compensation Design team. He went on to design Incentive Compensations for multiple clients (both pharmaceutical and non-pharmaceutical) which has helped clients in implementing fair and motivating incentive compensation plans and quotas, size and design sales organizations. Preetam had a long stint with an Analytics Process Outsourcing project for a leading American insurance company. His deep understanding of the client organization structure and insurance data helped in addressing many ad-hoc analytics requests from the client.

Preetam and his team had to design and test a 'Test Rig' for a rotor bearing of an ALH helicopter. This helicopter was still in the design stage during his internship. Based on the dimension obtained for the rotor bearing, they had to design the test rig which causes both longitudinal and tangential pressures under varying temperature conditions.They used ProE software for 3D modelling of the test rig. He was also given a brief training of all the departments in the helicopter of HAL.
