Taking care of sales of Laser sources and accessories (DPSS, Diodes, Super Continuum, Safety glasses/goggles etc), Optics, Light Shaping Diffusers, Test and Measurement equipment (Laser Power/energy meters, LED testers, Goniometers etc). Working within the Photonics Group taking care of UK sales for solid state lasers both Pulsed and CW (Nd:YAG, OPO's, DPSS, Diode lasers), Gas lasers (HeNe, Argon Ion), Laser accessories, IR cameras, Scientific instrumentation and Raman Spectroscopy products into academia/research areas and into industry.Day to day activities include:Calculating client quotations and administering client accounts.Providing pre-sales technical assistance and product education, and after-sales support services.Analysing costs and sales.Supporting marketing activities by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing eventsSearching for new clients who might benefit from company products or services and maximising client potential in designated regions.Developing long-term relationships with clients through managing and interpreting their requirements.
