We Initiated USMT scans to migrate user’s local data from legacy to new machines. We were setting up desktops and laptops at user’s desks and flagging up scan issues to site lead. We guided user’s through the Bit-Locker process, ensuring outlook connects the users PST’s and additional mailboxes. We had to ensuring user’s data has been migrated completely and raise any issues with the site lead. We had to ensure laptops and desktops are in MDT group before setting off for build. Setting up BIOS parameters, before and after build process and ensuring all Windows updates have been released via the WSUS Server. We had to ensure all applications have been sent down via SCCM and to report any issues to the team lead and through the chain of command. In the build room we had to create a deploy list for the evenings deployment and ensuring all hardware is available to the deploy team.
