I started my career as a Fault management engineer as a contract employee in Randstad technologies and the Client is Nokia solutions and networks, Navallur, i have an experience of about 1 year 2 months. I worked under the project VHA Vodafone Hutchinson Australia Transmission team. My key role is to monitor the network from the NOC location and maintain the network uptime within the planned outage activity period. onsite installations, decommissioning of the antennas and other equipments are reviewed remotely from my end and if everything is done perfectly will give acceptance if any mismatch then rejection of the performed activity happens, then i will raise ticket for the same and then technician is arranged to rectify the problem. Call support as well email support is given to the technicians and the other colleagues onsite. Need to update the record and check whether the alarms appearing are true alarm or false alarm. Followup will be updated to the team leader and manager daily. Tools used are U2000 M2000 ITSM BMC Remedy tool NRS tool.
