As I majorly came across recruiting in start-ups. I tried my best to help people acknowledge the potential within themselves and be able to communicate that effectively to hiring managers. Also I have successfully managed the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing potential candidates to conducting interviews and closing positions. Additionally, I have been responsible for onboarding, implementing continuous improvement initiatives, employee engagement, payroll, compensation & benefits, HR reports, handling issues/conflict.I am always seeking an opportunity where my role offers me professional growth while being resourceful, innovative and flexible.
