I did one month internship under the guidance of Dr Suparna Sen Gupta and learned the following techniques.Animal cell culture,Plasmid DNA isolation, Immunoprecipitation, SDS-gel Electrophoresis,Western blotting,Transfection, Basics in Confocal Imaging,Cell fixation and seeding , Cryopreservation ,Cell counting using Hemocytometer.
