• To support Sales Manager and Sales team by administrating the sales information system and provide all other administration services for the sales department• Responsible for preparing sales documents – Sales Booking Form, Sales and Purchase Agreement• Responsible for coordinating with clients for sales related documents and also receiving payment cheques.• Coordinating with Accounts department for submission of new sales booking documents and payment cheques and coordinating for issuance of receipts• Collecting Dubai Land Department fees from clients and coordinating with Customer service department for registration of the unit.• Updating the Sales Database, physical management of sales documents, processing, filing, archiving and tracking.• Responsible for new Broker registration process and preparing broker agreement• Maintaining and updating broker information system, managing broker files.• Responsible for arranging site visits for clients • Providing secretarial services to sales team – producing sales emails, letters, memos and reports.• Updating the sales availability list• Providing copies of documents of new unit sales to accounts and Customer service department• Computation of broker commission and forwarding to accounts• First round of interviews for sales executives, market researcher, receptionist, relationship manager• Sending weekly work report of sales executives to sales manager• Updating sales team records, collection of bills and also responsible for updating and intimating accounts about sales executive commission• Prepared Job analysis questionnaire for sales team• Drafting sales letters
