Assist developers with designing surveillance system and architecture finetuned for Riyadh Region for multiple stakeholders with varying levels of digital literacy. Created Use Cases and system functionalities for various technological solutions. Collaborated with developers for comprehensive business requirement documents, ensuring clarity and technological validity for epidemiological systems. Developing study design for policy research on early childhood physical activity policies in schools for grants from Abu Dhabi Early Childhood Development Authority. Policy research targeted children under 8 years and differently abled children. Involved in analysis, reporting and developing policy briefs. Mentoring and training undergraduate medical and engineering students in policy research.

Worked on and lead a national level policy research on Public Health Systems and Universal Health Coverage in India. This involved leading the technical team in research planning, systematic literature review, tool development and validation of a unique qualitative study with no previous reference in the sub- continent.Lead and built the capacity of the team in qualitative data analysis involving collaborative groups. Assisted and lead the development of one of the first multi- disciplinary professional networks on One Health in India. Developed Content -course modules, book chapters and training materials on various themes in public health.

Undertook significant responsibilities to plan and develop diverse training strategies for state specific, training resource such as operational guidelines, training manuals, online resources and video-tutorial for Nation Wide Health Management Information System (for government run health programs ) and the largest tracking system for pregnant mothers and children in India (Mother and Child Tracking System). In addition to this, also led the monitoring and reporting of HMIS and MCTS data quality at state, district and block levels for south zone involving four southern states and three union territories.
