My mission is to empower individuals to confidently navigate the complex world of finance and ensure their financial security. Through our all-women team at Pay It Forward (PIF), we have empowered people from all walks of life, from homemakers (often financially vulnerable) & college students (giving them confidence to plan finances even before receiving their first salary) to mid- & senior-level managers, as well as those planning retirement. We’ve worked with companies like Bosch, ITC, Dell, Amazon, Genpact, Dr Reddy’s, & Microsoft and institutes like ISB, LSR, & Ramaiah Law School. Amid COVID, we conducted sessions for audiences in Jordan, US, UK, Ukraine, Philippines, & UAE. 🏆PIF Champions Financial Literacy By: 💪Spreading knowledge at schools, colleges, & companies through engaging, jargon-free, gamified workshops that provide an actionable way forward.💪Offering a financial planning service to help plan a well-structured portfolio to meet your financial goals. We DO NOT sell any financial instruments and offer only unbiased, objective advice on how to take control of your financial future. 💪Dedicating our time to advocacy through forums like FICCI FLO, CII IWN, & BCIC. Here, we organise financial literacy sessions, reaching beyond members to include college students and NGOs. We also strongly advocate financial wellness to HR folks, so they may prioritise it for employees.💪Authoring articles on finance, with features in Mint, The Hindu, Times of India, Indian Express, YourStory, & other digital media sites.🧠The Psychology of Money We believe that financial literacy extends beyond numbers to behaviours, beliefs, & money myths. In my talks, I emphasise the importance of cultivating habits that can help us future-proof our finances. Our sessions cover the why, how, what, when, & where of personal finance, helping you bridge your knowledge gap to arrive at real, actionable solutions. We address the common financial mistakes that people tend to make, and caution against all the “noise” surrounding finance in mainstream and social media. 👥Finance for All Although I co-founded PIF, my background isn't in finance; it's in sales, marketing, & communications. My passion for financial literacy drove me to continuously educate myself through courses, books, videos, podcasts, & conversations with industry insiders. Just goes to show that ANYONE can learn about finance.
