CurrentUnderstanding Client Requirements:Understand the client requirements by interacting with hiring managers and clients.Interpret and analyze job descriptions to ensure the consultant's profile fits the role.Marketing Bench Candidates:Market the available consultants to potential clients, using job portals, social media, and other networking platforms.Proactively market bench candidates to vendors and clients to generate leads.Building Relationships:Develop and maintain relationships with prime vendors, clients, and tier-1 vendors.Establish and maintain a network of contacts within the industry.Negotiation and Deal Closure:Negotiate rates with vendors and clients to ensure competitive billing rates.Handle the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to placement.Resume Preparation:Assist consultants in preparing and modifying their resumes to suit client requirements.Ensure the resumes highlight the candidate’s skills and experience effectively.Interview Coordination:Coordinate interviews between the consultants and clients.Provide feedback to consultants and assist them in interview preparation.Compliance and Documentation:Ensure all documentation is complete and compliant with client and company policies.Handle paperwork related to visa status, employment authorization, and other legalities.Market Research:Stay updated with the latest trends in the IT industry and job market.Research and identify new opportunities for bench candidates.
