As the owner of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) program (ISO 22301, ISO27001 certifications), I am responsible for overseeing the overall Business Continuity (BC) and Disaster Recovery (DR) across all Microsoft Office 365 services within the Experiences and Devices Division.
