1. Actively involved in all the Requirements gathering meetings with various business groups2. Compile Excel Pivot reports whenever there is a reporting request from business users3. Work with the development team to conduct Bug Triages to help determine bug priorities , corresponding fixes , provide workarounds and feedback6. Collect Customer feedback and present reports to aid Senior Management to make decisions7. Reviewing requirements document and ensure requirements are met8. Conducting several virtual tool trainings for Microsoft Business users across the world9. Conflict Management between various business groups without being the decision-making authority10. Define, Build, Implement and Improve Work Processes and Identifying operational gaps if any and correcting them11. Email Customer support for offhand tool related business queries

1. Fix previously logged priority 1,2,3 issues2. Analyze, debug existing code and stored procedures and Capture all the business functionality in a technical Summary document3. Develop a mini stop gap module to stand in for the temporary rules4. Perform Unit testing, Integration Testing for these modules 5. Organize UAT testing with stakeholders for the mini-module6. Deploy to production7. Prepare a detailed business functionality document from the above knowledge8. Collaborate with the Business users and conduct a review of the business document and make corrections as appropriate9. Compare the Technical summary document and business requirements document and make sure that both are in sync and not contradicting any basic facts10. Facilitate workshops with the business users and gather requirements for future modules in the same application
