Responsibilities:Project part:- Collect users and business requirements- Write the Functional specifications and design new features of application per validated business requirements- Plan responsible project tasks (workload and schedule)- Coordinate with developers and technical team per required- Plan and manage test scenario- Train users and communicate on new features- Manage Go live and roll out of the new features/releasesApplication management part:- Implement KPI (Key Performance Indicators) on business and systems performances- Monitor the operations of Application- Support and assist key users of Applications.
