Managed applications or tools such as SET,SSDB,SRF Support, Access control and compliance, Group ID and Bluegroups Admin, data extraction from SRF, updating of distribution list. 3.Process measurement report, control and execution. Reporting includes SMR Compliance and solution quality intervention compliance both control as well as execution. 4. Provide management reports in weekly, monthly, quarterly solutioning reports, metrics and KPIs, SIH Solutioning Dashboards as well as Pipeline reports. Also external management and head count report. 5. Performed analytics strategy for global solutioning includes the definition, development and management of analytics framework, Adhoc reporting for Global Solutioning leadership team. Design and development of new reports and analysis as well as competency support. 6. Budget management for Geo and GDC based solutioning. Includes monthly financial reporting for Geo, GDC solutioning, as well as Global Solutioning overall.
