Key Deliverables:• Accountable for ensuring the effective and efficient operation of the campus, in the support of delivery of academic programmes to students, and all other related support services• Prepare quarterly budgets and allocate funds to various departments• Responsible for approving purchase orders for all expenses in campus, and checking the invoices before submitting to Accounts department for processing• JD creation, pre-screening resumes, scheduling & conducting interviews for office and instructor positions• Responsible for the delivery of job placement opportunities and providing employment services to graduate students• Assists and prepares students for their placements and for the labour market through: employment counselling, workshops, external marketing to employers, internal liaising with college departments, on-going labour market research assessments, and database management• Monitors student’s progress during placement (conducting site visits, phone calls, marks midterm and final evaluations)• Assist the students with career development, placement, professionalism, resume and cover letter preparation, and interviewing skills• Liaise with prospective employers for permanent job opportunities for graduating students• Certified TOEFL and Pearson VUE Test Administrator
