As an HR Consultant at Capgemini Engineering, I handle end-to-end recruitment processes for IT positions, sourcing and screening candidates from various channels, scheduling and coordinating interviews, collecting and providing feedback, and following up with the candidates until they join the company. I also maintain and update the database and reports of all the profiles submitted, selected, and rejected by the clients. I have a Master of Business Administration degree from Anna University, where I gained proficiency in employee engagement, performance management, and organizational development. I have a zeal to learn new things and a persistence to work on my own initiative. I enjoy interacting with candidates and understanding their competencies and skill sets, as well as making them understand the job role and the company culture.
