• Leading talent acquisition for one of the Automotive BU in addition to the Business HR role• Handling OEM`s as clients such as Mercedes Benz, Fiat Chrysler, Renault, Daimler, and Tier 1 suppliers such as Autoliv, Grupo, Magna Steyr and Lear.• Accountable for strategic designing of End to End Recruitment• Influence business leaders on available talent pools, acquisition strategies, competitive landscape and lead-time effectiveness for hiring• Responsible for closure of critical open positions using different sourcing channels across geographies• Involved in Campus recruitment, vendor and Referral Management for bulk hiring

• Managing a team of Senior/Junior recruiters & offering leadership and guidance.• Team Building, Leading, training & monitoring the performance of team members to ensure efficiency in delivery and meeting of individual & group targets.• Requirement allocation.• Tracking them on daily basis through final Quality checks of the resumes submitted by the recruiters.• Identify opportunities for improvement and make constructive suggestions for change.• Training & building team to manage various facets of requirements
