I develop and implement the marketing strategy - both brand & product - aligned with business objectives, and use AI and technology effectively to drive positive outcomes.I manage customer-centric inbound and outbound marketing, including SEO, PPC, social media, content, email, demand generation, PR, events, analytics and market research, achieving target KPIs and ROI. I also manage the marketing budget, marketing operations, and lead and mentor a team I built from scratch. I believe in making the digital journey smart, sustainable and delightful for customers, and profitable for companies; yes, creativity backed by numbers is my thing. My career has predominantly been digital with a few detours into offline advertising and print journalism. Doing my MBA in the UK and subsequent roles that spanned various countries, have added a global perspective and cultural awareness to my approach.I have international experience in digital marketing, operations, content strategy, customer acquisition, data-driven insights, marketing communications and consulting across verticals – Ecommerce, BFSI, IT, RetailI have built and led cross-functional teams to success at start-ups and enterprises, services and product companies, B2B as well as B2C.
