I provide my hiring managers with the best talent and candidates with opportunities that will help build their career.I Manage full-life-cycle of recruitment process for both contract and fulltime positions: job description, advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, salary negotiations, and closing.I Source and screen qualified candidates for various positions including, QA Testers, Business Analyst, Project Managers, Software Developers, DBAs, System Engineers, Web Developers, Software Architects, ITSM, BDD, BTM and PLM.Responsible for all sourcing and utilized tools such as Talent Now (In house ATS), Boolean searches, Social Networking (LinkedIn, Twitter), Job Boards (Monster, Dice, C2C, Ladders) and passive sourcing.Practice numerous sourcing strategies including referral generation, ad placement/postings, direct sourcing/cold calling and networking to develop a qualified pool of candidates.
