As a child I enjoyed organizing and hosting events. I was energized to coordinate with clients, understanding their requirements and tailoring to their needs. As a professional, this helped me develop a creative and analytical mindset and a problem-solving attitude. While at CarIQ, an early age start-up, I thrived as a customer service representative and became an acting team leader within 5 months, thanks to the amazing mentorship of my CEO. I led 2 customer service teams managing 17 representatives. This opportunity expanded my horizon to act as a business analyst to coordinate with stakeholders assist in the development of an IoT telematics software.In 2021, while working at Capita, a multinational business process management company, I documented business requirements, created user stories, and streamlined processes. I performed root cause analysis and identified the need to design a tailored evaluation matrix for my team of 12 content writers. This helped my team perform better and increased their quality scores from 90% to 96%. I also was a part of redeployment process and was able to successfully redeploy 1200 employees post ramp down.I enjoy working in teams and advocate affiliative leadership as I believe that team success comes from effective communication, especially while managing projects in a fast-paced environment.I stay up to date with analytical tools and I am currently upskilling in Excel, PowerBI and SQL. I usually venture out of my comfort zone and it’s motivating when I am challenged to perform multiple tasks with tight deadlines. It helps me stay organized and enables me to stretch my boundaries. There is rarely a dull moment in my workday, and I like it that way.
