Dr Preeti Mathur has 22 years work experience of which more than a decade is devoted to the field of Counseling and training. She has done masters in psychology from Banaras Hindu University and got her Doctoral degree in Psychology as UGC NET/JRF followed by PG Diploma in Guidance and Counseling and PG Diploma in Rehabilitation Psychology. She has training experience of fifteen years during which she has trained a large number of principals, teachers, parents and students in their personal, social and career development at one end and wide range of professionals including police personnel, members of company secretaries, aaganwadi workers of M.P. and Chhattisgarh, in service personnel of WCD department, Chhattisgarh on behalf of IGNOU, Child Care Giver in institutions through NIPPCID, Indore, Special Need coordinators of schools, Counseling personnel, paralegal workers, NGO’s worker on the other end of spectrum. She has conducted over 400 programs in the last 10 years and impacted over 25,000 participants in various areas ranging from basic communication skills, decision making, counselling skills, interpersonal skills, team working, influencing skills, assertiveness and negotiation skills, stress and anger management and emotion management as well as performance counselling and appraisal skills. She includes role plays, questionnaires, day to day examples, learning by doing, psychometric testing and case studies in her training program to make it interesting and enhances the motivation of participants to learn more and thus leads to change in their attitude towards subject positively. She works excellently with individuals, small groups as well as large groups and brings best out of them and helps them effectively and efficiently.
