Planning and supervising changes and managing the daily operations of customer service.Setting up and meeting performance goals and Retention of clients. - Recording statistics, performance levels and feedback of clients and preparing the report. Managed multi-channel contact stream updates based on overarching CRM strategy. Partnered with CRM analyst to develop appropriate segmentations. • As a Customer Relationship Manager, should ensure the flows of process from start till the service delivery are work seamlessly, or work coordinate with the related department head to improve the process. • Responsible for 100cr Retention of business with the help of Team.• To handle the clients who come from corporate, and individuals, solving their queries and make satisfied them, reply the e-mail those cases are pending for reimbursement and Maintain Healthy Relation with the holder• All grievances should handle immediately and ensure that both company and customer are getting their fair value. • Co-ordination with Insurance Company, broker and patients.• Managing daily records of team, reimbursement & cashless process, retention of business, Meeting & presentation.

Responsibilities as includes calling policy holders to explain the terms and conditions of the policies, calculate premium, customize the insurance programs which also covers a variety of risks and helped the clients. Sell various types of insurance to individual or business. Developed and maintained the new accounts. Ensure that the requirements are fulfilled. Obtain and provide information when claims are made.
