It's never too late! ☺️Yes, if I had to sum up my journey in a sentence it would be this! I discovered the art of yoga during my teenage years and there was no going back. I enjoyed being a yoga practitioner and kickstarted my fitness journey. But then, as they say, life is what happens to you when you’re busy making other plans. As I moved ahead in life, my love for yoga took a back seat. I had to take up a corporate job to earn my bread and butter, even though it was a well-known MNC but it couldn't guarantee ‘job security for me (something, an Indian middle-class individual wouldn’t be okay with) My love and discipline for yoga made me hustle and I continued to practise and teach yoga along with my full-time job. I realised that it is possible to make my hobby a full-time career if I put my mind and time into it, I had that zeal in me. I took a leap of faith & I quit my corporate job. I wanted to learn more and go in-depth into my new ‘profession’ and that’s when I found my teacher, Mark Robberds, and the rest is history!Today, I am not just a movement practitioner or a fitness instructor, I’m a content creator too. I think it’s because I love to voice out my thoughts and because I'm a camera-friendly person, I enjoy the spotlight. I believe all this made it easy for me to become a content creator and create a community of 63K followers on Instagram. I’m a big fan of Bollywood and vividly follow the movies, songs, and dialogues. So, on my account, you can see content with a good mix of education, entertainment & empathy, which I think are the key determining factors of good content.If you ask me what my ultimate fitness goal is, it is to make my body look like a piece of art and my movement should be like poetry. I’m known for my friendly personality, flexibility, and industry knowledge. I like to walk the talk and help my clients with scientific techniques & practical ways to attain their fitness goals. I’m a firm believer in the ‘One size doesn’t fit all principle and thus, I like to make my training programs versatile, inclusive, and effective by having a good mix of multiple disciplines like Yoga, Animal Flow, Body Weight training, Swinging Indian Clubs and Mugdars to mention a few. One type of workout is not enough. I like to make sure every day is new learning for my clients.
