With over 16 years of experience in various HR functions, I am a passionate and dedicated HR DEI Professional. I have made a positive impact in employees' lives in all the roles that I took up & specially in the DEI role. I have a Masters in Human Resource Management and Linguistics, and multiple certifications in IBM Design Thinking, Disruptive HR, Accessibility Awareness and LGBTQ+ Allyship.My mission is to build and enhance allyship for all underrepresented and marginalized groups, and to provide them a safe space to sustain, engage, and thrive. I have also been instrumental in piloting programs and interventions to accelerate the career of the underrepresented minority groups at IBM, and to equip, enable, and empower them to achieve their potential.
