• Conducts monthly training for newly recruited crew on client management and cultural intricacies
• Led classes of batch sizes of 40 and above

• Responsible for strategizing in-flight service plans for South Asia, ASEAN & Europe bound flights.
• Brief the flying team on aircraft safety features, Custom Immigration and Quarantine (CIQ) regulations & restrictions and passenger load.
• Perform onboard emergency equipment checks and make announcements on behalf of the flight deck crew.
• Coordinate with team members to execute the service flow as discussed in the pre-flight brief.
• Monitor the safety of the passengers & aircraft throughout the flight. Demonstrate safety and emergency evacuation procedures to all the passengers.
• Ensure Singapore Airlines service standards are upheld and exceptional flying experience is delivered every time.
