In this position, I am primarily responsible for the Payroll function of the organization. I am also the key contact for employee benefits for both external and internal stakeholders. The HR responsibilities include new employee orientation and employee relations.

-Process the biweekly payroll of +140 employees with 100% accuracy.-Review New Hire package with the new hires (set up, review all paperwork for completion and accuracy, review company polices and answer any questions).-Maintain and reconcile all Payroll related accounts on monthly basis.- Set up employees on company plan as they become eligible.-Provide support to all employees for the Employee self service software, payroll/ benefits issues and HR issues.

-Was responsible for full Accounts Payable cycle (from receieving the invoices to printing and mailing out the cheques to venders).-Reconciled Accounts Payables account and Purchase Receipt Accrual account on monthly basis.-Reconciled individual Account Payable accounts with vender statements on monthly basis and resolved any discrepancies in a timely fashion.
