I currently leverage my analytical skills as a Business Analyst at QAD, supporting both Enterprise Architecture and Security Architecture initiatives. I collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and translate them into technical requirements for IT infrastructure and security protocols. This involves analyzing business processes, evaluating potential solutions, and documenting recommendations that ensure alignment between business goals and IT capabilities. I also play a key role in creating and maintaining architectural documentation, fostering clear communication and long-term project success.

• Facilitate user meetings to Gather Requirements, Workflow Analysis, Business Process Models, Functional Design Definitions, and High-Level Analysis & Design.• Perform Use Case Analysis and created documentation as part of the project's design in developing Workflow and Business Models and coordinated efforts between business and internal IT teams.• Created a Business Requirement document (BRD) and Functional Requirement document and maintained the Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM) related document.• Worked on Apex which allowed company developers to create complex CRM applications that provide access to the Salesforce database and client-server interfaces to create a third-party SaaS application.
