I am the CEO of a network of pharmacies dedicated to providing top-notch healthcare services and products to our community. We provide excellent personalized healthcare services through our pharmacies. We work closely with our team of doctors and collaborate with walk-in clinic to ensure comprehensive care for our patients. Strong leadership and direction to retail teams through operational excellence by formulating strategic foundation to drive results and manage multiple projects simultaneously yielding top line results• Monitor the operation of 23 retail pharmacy departments in Ottawa, maximizing $117 million annual budget• Entrepreneurial working style to thrive in a fast-paced and rapid changing pharmacy environment, successfully increased script growth by 4.67% and Patient Focused Services growth of 34.60% - 2013• Annual succession plan programs, develop high performing pharmacy teams within each pharmacy unit• Magnificent presentation skills---Ensure a clear, consistent and compelling message to members, target markets and sponsors• Develop and manage program plans, ensure region and each of its pharmacies achieve and maintain budgeted sales, professional services, projected gross margins, EBITDA, inventory targets, labor costs, maximizing employee productivity, shrinks and control store expenses• Bring new and innovative perspectives to Rexall, while enhancing the existing culture and augmenting an already impressive team• Provide necessary support, coaching and guidance to ensure the success of the businesses, conducting auditing services to ensure compliance by deploying best practices• Project management, tracking and status reporting. Direct, coordinate and monitor required program activities to ensure all milestones, goals and objectives are accomplished on time and within budget• Responsible for pharmacy human resource activities: identify, recruitment, strong negotiations, training, developing and motivating staff, performance evaluations, disciplinary procedures, employee relations and labor relations, and relief scheduling as required• Actively participate in process of purchasing and re-branding acquisitions• Actively engage in new Rexall store openings• Keenly partake in physician recruitment
