With over 9 years of experience in retail systems, operations and optimisation, I am a passionate and driven team leader who strives to deliver excellent availability, efficiency, and safety for Coles Group. I have a Master of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering, and a strong background in requirements analysis, change management, and replenishment strategies. I am motivated by the mission and vision of Coles Group, and I enjoy working with a diverse and collaborative team that values innovation, customer satisfaction, and sustainability.As the Team Lead - Store Optimization at Coles, I lead a team of Replenishment specialists who focus on system operations and optimization for new sites and locations that need hypercare in volatile trade periods. I am responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring the system performance, as well as identifying and resolving any issues or risks. I also caretook the role of National Replenishment Manager during peak Christmas period overseeing 840 stores and 12 distribution centres and successfully executed support plans. I also communicate and coordinate with various stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely delivery of products and services.
