I am passionate women’s health physiotherapist based in Singapore.I founded Embrace Physiotherapy in 2019- a women’s only physiotherapy clinic to address concerns specific to women through the lifespan. Examples of conditions I can help in assessment and conservative management of include:- pre and post natal physiotherapy - pelvic organ prolapse- urinary and bowel incontinence- overactive bladder- pelvic girdle pain- endometriosis - chronic back pain- dyspareunia including vaginismus, vulvodynia - blocked ducts/mastitis - return to exerciseI believe a multidisciplinary approach is essential in addressing women’s concerns and to insure the best outcome in a timely manner.
