I have co-created and delivered multiple workshops and programs for clients across various sectors, such as education, finance, and healthcare, facilitating organizational change, cultural transformation, and team development.I am passionate about learning and personal growth, which drives me to pursue a higher education degree in business management at The Open University. I am enhancing my knowledge and skills in organizational behaviour, strategy, and change, while also holding several certifications in agile methodologies, such as Certified Scrum Master, SAFe DevOps, and SAFe Scrum Master.
