Markets Technology is a Software Services Company offering Consultancy, Advisory and Resources for executing Projects primarily focussed on Capital Markets products. We offer services related to Electronic and Voice Trading, Market Making, Algorithmic Execution, Trade Processing and Risk Management, Compliance and Regulatory Reporting and Post-Trade Flows.

Served as a site-leader responsible for India location and growth strategy and support during APAC hours. Responsible for recruitment, training, careers, compensation, performance, quality of delivery, and integration with global teamsEstablished cross-functional teams to deliver end-to-end on trade and order execution flows – ie., Pre-Trade, Post-Trade, and Trade Processing and Risk Management for FX, Rates and Commodities productsSubject Matter Expert in Payments, Fixed Income Electronic Trading & Algorithmic Execution, Low-latency Infrastructure, ETRM, Risk Management, Data Analysis, Trade Processing, Post Trade, and Regulatory Reporting.

Sprearheaded the newly established Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) org in the region to increase observability, reduce toil by Robotic Process Automation, and build tools that help accelerate transition of L1 and L2 support responsibilities from developers to Production Management team.

Served as the Product Owner for Macro Voice Sales-Trader Workflow. Worked closely with global Sales and Trading teams to build technology for Sales to input Client Orders, Traders to Acknowledge, Set Proximity Alerts and Fill the orders when market crossed. Also enhanced Manual Pricer to respond to eQuote diverted RFQs for Sales input.

Product managed rollout of new order gateways to standardize technology (JISU) across Equities and Fixed Income. Project managed delivery of low latency feedhandlers (ULLTRA) and multicast (UME) messaging, predominantly for Asia desk.

Served as a Desk Face-off and Program Manager for APAC business units. Managed stakeholder communication and the book-of-work; Worked with various global scrum teams to order the items, elaborate on ROI.

Served as Desk Strategist for India Primary Dealership. Desk Strats are SPOCs for all Products. Built Primary Dealership technology heavily used till date by Trading, Operations, Compliance

Served in the capacity of Interest Rates desk face-off and Product owner for application upgrade of Risk Management System (Alpheus), D2D Trading Platform (Virtual Markets), and D2C Trading Platform (iDeal). Co-located with front-office to accurately prioritize product enhancement requests in the product backlog. Actively participated in Sprint planning, design and implementation discussions, and Retrospective. Ensured that Production Management is abreast with functional and non-functional increments released.
