I’m a Client Relationship Advisor/Sales professional with a proven track record in forging strong client partnerships within the dynamic industry of IT Services. Over the years I have excelled at building relationships, understanding clients business needs and ensuring client satisfaction.At Emphasys IT I interact with clients on a regular basis, providing technical assistance and I am now excited to share my experience and skills in my new role at Emphasys.At Sempervox I worked part time within Ecommerce, managing the day to day operations and account managing several key clients. During the pandemic I managed the end to end process of deploying a remote working solution in a short time scale. I liaised with new and existing clients upselling and discussing current products and services. My experience within recruitment gave me the necessary skill set to generate new business, work to targets and deadlines and build lasting relationships. Whilst working within recruitment, my biggest contribution to the firm was generating a £15,000 placement fee for securing a CFO. Colleagues know me as customer focused individual who builds rapport easily and can be trusted to think outside the box when it comes to speaking with decision makers.
