• Manage End-to-End Recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.• Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.• Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and policies.• Work on payroll processing for all the employees by gathering & Validating payroll inputs such as attendance and leave records including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.• Offer support and clarification on payroll-related matters to employees.• Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund, and Term policies.• Conduct performance evaluation sessions with employees to ensure fair and accurate salary appraisals based on their contributions and efforts.• Manage the process of employee salary increments based on performance reviews and company policies.• Perform exit interviews to gather feedback, understand employee reasons for leaving, and identify areas for organizational improvement.• Oversee employee terminations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements while handling the process with sensitivity and professionalism.• Organize and lead meet-ups and workshops at colleges and various venues to spread awareness about WordPress.• Manage the company’s social media accounts to enhance engagement and reach, creating and posting content using tools like Canva and Fotor.
