Senior Hr Executive
Current- Manage End-to-End Recruitment, from job postings to onboarding new hires.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Facilitate orientation sessions to introduce new hires to company culture and policies.
- Work on payroll processing for all the employees by gathering & Validating payroll inputs such as attendance and leave records including new hires, terminations, promotions, and salary changes.
- Offer support and clarification on payroll-related matters to employees.
- Manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, provident fund, and Term policies.
