Starting off as a multitasking commercial assistant in Dardilly, I got promoted after a few months to Customer Service & Credit Control Manager in Albertville. Nowadays, I am incredibly proud to be part of my team of young intelligent women, who are taking excellent care of all our clients worldwide of the four French luxury brands of the company ; Lacroix, Arpin, Degre7 & Henri Duvillard - all united in the French group : Idealpsport.Together, my team and I take care of customer service and credit control for all our clients from all around the globe, operating from our beautiful head office located in the heart of the French Alpes: Albertville (73). To offer our clientele an excellent service level, we work closely together with not only our accountants, sales force, warehouse teams and marketing department, but also with our in-house designers, stylists, prototypists, digital team, product managers and buyers.When I arrived at Idealpsport, my French was very basic, but I can proudly say that I am pretty fluent in French now. For this fulltime position, I was responsible for the DAKINE Customer Service in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. I took care of all daily matters and back office tasks for the entire Benelux working closely together with Dakine agents from FB Agency (Belgium) and Van Zomeren Agencies (Netherlands). Helping and advising not only our numerous key accounts, but basically all shops and clients with all kinds of questions concerning sales & aftersales, deliveries, products, e-commerce etc. Everyone was being contacted in their own language.The DAKINE team in Annecy-le-Vieux handled business in Europe from the DAKINE Europe HQ, located in the well-known Parc des Glaisins. With a very dynamic international team, we strongly represented this beautiful brand in Europe.Starting from the end of March 2015 I took over tasks for Credit Control in the Benelux countries as well. I have been working for Barnett in Aix-les-Bains from January until September 2014, on a fulltime basis (35h). The main task was selling sports products for biathlon, american football, baseball, rugby, cycling and other sports through online B2C shops like Amazon and Ebay. I was responsible for the online shops, websites and warehouses in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the United Kingdom and I had two assistants who worked online from home and helped me with some minor administrational tasks. Next to that I took over the online shops from the USA and Canada for a few months. I worked online from home 1 or 2 days a week, keeping contact with my colleagues at the office through Skype and e-mail.Controlling the stock levels, communicating with customers in 4 different languages, handling team orders, taking care of after sales customer service, creating and maintaining websites and their advertisements, starting new partnerships and maintaining existing bussiness relations, keeping up on marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Amazon and Facebook ads, next to that monitoring turnover numbers, brainstorming about company strategy and working closely together with my CEO and my Italian, French, German and Czech colleagues to manage all accounts and warehouses in all differents countries (among others USA, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic).

MYSTIC - Magic Marine - Maui Magic - LizardI worked at the International Sales Department full time (40h) at MBrands-International. MBrands designs and distributes their three brands Mystic, Maui Magic and Magic Marine from their head office in Katwijk.Mystic is a kitesurfing brand, and also for windsurfing, wakeboarding and snowkiting. Magic Marine is a sailing brand for dinghy and big boats. I mainly worked on order processing, export and everything concerning this process. I communicated daily with our clients, agents and distributors from over 60 countries in Dutch, English and German language, and worked closely together with the other departments. I did not only gain a lot of knowledge about sales, export, communication, ERP, marketing and warehousing, but also detailed knowledge about technical sports products and apparel.I was also officially BHV hulpverlener for which I needed to get a new certicifate every year. I started to work here at the family law department, for notary mr. S.B.J. van Heijst. Next to planning his agenda and some minor administrational tasks, I mainly worked on official notarial documents like acts of (last) will, acts of donation, cohabitation agreements, marriage contracts (separate estate), acts of so-called "flitsscheiding" divorces, proxies etc. I also did some work for the other notaries; mr. C. van der Plas, mr. A. Rueb and mr. J.G. Shepley. After 6 months I was transferred to the real estate department. I mainly worked on mortgage deeds and deeds of transfer.

This institute provides additional lessons for students who need some extra attention on certain subjects. Students also learn how to make a proper planning for their homework and after-school activities. I have worked here for several periods, depending on the amount of students/pupils that needed additional lessons for German language. I also worked on an exam training programm. While I was still a German Language and Culture student at the University of Leiden, I worked at this secondary school during two periods as a German Teacher. From January until April and from September until December. I worked here about 3 to 4 days a week, about 4 to 6 lessons a day, and teached students aged 13 to 16, levels VMBO, HAVO and VWO.
