    For this fulltime position, I was responsible for the DAKINE Customer Service in Belgium, the Netherlands and Luxembourg. The main task was selling sports products for biathlon, american football, baseball, rugby, cycling and other sports through online B2C shops like Amazon and Ebay. I was responsible for the online shops, websites and warehouses in Germany, Switzerland, Austria and the United Kingdom and I had two assistants who worked online from home and helped me with some minor administrational tasks. Next to that I took over the online shops from the USA and Canada for a few months. I worked online from home 1 or 2 days a week, keeping contact with my colleagues at the office through Skype and e-mail.Controlling the stock levels, communicating with customers in 4 different languages, handling team orders, taking care of after sales customer service, creating and maintaining websites and their advertisements, starting new partnerships and maintaining existing bussiness relations, keeping up on marketing campaigns on Google AdWords, Amazon and Facebook ads, next to that monitoring turnover numbers, brainstorming about company strategy and working closely together with my CEO and my Italian, French, German and Czech colleagues to manage all accounts and warehouses in all differents countries (among others USA, Canada, France, Italy, Spain, Czech Republic).
