• Developing and maintaining a strong service culture within the service team to always achieve the highest level of client satisfaction.• A detailed study of the brand and the idea behind the event & its essence• Anticipating and Planning according to Clients Brief and converting brief into business.• Sharing a winning cost proposal with the client.• Coordinating with the internal departments like Creative, Operations, Production and the client for smooth execution of Event & Conferences and see to it that the event goes on smoothly and flawlessly.• Planning and Supervision: making event proposals, conceptualization of event proposals, quality control, assigning jobs/roles with respect to the event to other team members, making the plan of action, taking updates, risk management (event specific) and problem-solving.• Developing relevant business proposals and costing for existing clients with the help of Operations team.
