Oversee, provide guidance, and work with Health Care Aides (HCAs) to ensure proper delivery ofservices as outlined in resident Care PlansAdminister medications following foundation policies and proceduresProvide direct care and support to residents which includes assisting with therapeutic regime,mobilization, activities of daily livingProvides emergency care and first aid to residents and staffMonitor and report changes in resident's healthComplete all necessary paperwork and reporting requirements in a clear, concise, and timely mannerRespond to emergency calls from residents and take appropriate actionCommunicate issues or concerns to the Manager or designated site RN
