• Troubleshoot assistance to clients via phone, email, site visit or through ticketing system related to customer enquiry to windows, server, and printer, and also escalate, prioritize issue if not solved by level 1.• Setting up computer, phone, printer, docking station and performing updating, installation of software and applications for customer as per their tickets.• Facilitate and troubleshoot network problems such as IP address, cable, troubleshooting TCP/IP and DHCP issues in order to get network connection in proper way.• Executing basic administration tasks such as user account creation, password reset, enable/disable account and restore deleted linked account.• Enhance customer experience through efficient call handling and communications.• Resolving issues of windows 10 such as BSOD, updating, installation of applications and software, create recovery point, restore point, local user, and password management as well OS update, upgrade including license management of Apps and OS.• Carrying out tasks on office365 such as creating, disabling user accounts, resetting passwords, shared mailbox, mail tracing, email support, new user setup, outlook support and OneDrive support.• Merging and generating Microsoft accounts on outlook, assigning signatures, creating separate folders for intended senders, setting up auto replies, setting up sending emails to number of users and adding accounts into Outlook.• Troubleshooting issues related to Microsoft Teams such as creating new channels, adding, and removing members.• Conducting basic networking tasks such as connecting computers to the switch ports in predefined Vlan’s as directed by manager.• Rollout and troubleshooting of Group policy objects on User and Computer configuration.• Executing Group policy objects (GPO) such as desktop wallpaper, lock screen, legal message, account policy, deploying the software.• Performing printer tasks such as IP address management, paper replacement, tonner replacement.
